I use mine several times a week, that delay release feature on PC is priceless. And the temp probe works really well. Never had buyer's remorse for one split second on this one. It was worth every single penny.

Another awesome demonstration. I purchased the Deluxe Tendercrisp Pressure Cooker less than a month before this appliance was introduced, so I won’t be purchasing this one, but I WILL find a way to recreate your awesome recipes in my appliance (of course, by switching the 2 lids)! Hhhmmm….I am mysteriously and suddenly craving hot wings….

    Wow, love it!
You'd think something steamed would be all soggy when it came out, it's great that it cooks it and crisps at the same time.
The only downside I find about doing wings or drumsticks is they take a freaking AGE to cool down, don't they? Grr! 😛
I wonder if it would work as well on other meats, like steaks? That might be interesting to try at some point.
    Were the wings moist inside?
And you're right about the cost, they are expensive. The newest one like yours, with the smart feature is around $340 over here. (And that's the sale price).
