    I love making homemade turkey/chicken sausage for 0 points. I'll make 3-4 pounds at a time and freeze them after they're cooked so I can grab and reheat.

    I add in onions, mushrooms, and celery, and if I have it, grated zucchini and/or chopped spinach.

    I season with Mrs. Dash, garlic powder, paprika, sage, onion powder, I put nutritional yeast in it, parsley, pepper. I just sauté the vegetables in non-stick spray or a little broth for added flavor.

    Hi Kristi, You are doing some great recipes! I've been somewhat out of it, I fell x2 in Jan and broke both of my shoulders. Needless to say, I also have 2 reverse shoulder replacements. It's been difficult to do anything, and I mean anything. Getting some better now with physical therapy. The pain is undiscribable but gotta get it done. We have a cruise in Nov, lol. I have been watching but I was in double slings for 6 weeks. You're doing great. All that protein!! Take care, my friend. ❤❤
