Hi Suz. Another ace video. Cook book wow so excited will it be a proper book or an e book. I'm hoping a proper book can never get successful downloading of e books but thats probably me im a dinosaur when it comes to technology. Any idea when this will be happening.

I usually tell you which one looks best to me, but it is hard to say this time because they are all great. The chicken and artichoke hearts is the one that I actually have all the ingredients for so I might make that this week. I think I'll add a few roasted cherry tomatoes mostly for color. Plus I have some.
I miss jambalaya so I will give this a try. It won't be this week though because I have all my meals planned.
They all look very yummy! I don't think I've ever cooked/heated artichoke hearts, only cold straight out of the jar. It sounds really nice cooked with chicken, feta and cauliflower rice. 🙂
