Highly reccommend the Bauhaus museum in Berlin if that's your thing. I thought it was great 😊 we also really enjoyed the Sandemans new Berlin walking tour! Very fun and loved hearing all about the history. Great way to acquaint yourself in a new city (it's pay what you feel like paying too)

Got a phone call made and a package sent. Tomorrow after gym must make two calls. I hate phone calls so much, I really dread them. I just use my wooden clothes pegs to squeeze tubes and clip packages closed . I also remove caps and swish out the containers for the very last bits. I have heard that Prince Charles has a sterling silver one for his toothpaste and that a servant prepares his toothbrush for him.

A Berlin: visiter le Reichstag, l’île aux musées, le mémorial de la Shoah. Prendre une photo devant la plaque sur le mur de l’immeuble où Iggy Pop a partagé un appartement avec David Bowie. Manger un doner.

Thank you for all the cheery motivation. Makes me smile. 😊
Oh I noticed the lovely material, blue on white background. Do you know where this material may be sourced please? Your bright cheery colours & your cheery disposition etc always invites me to watch more. Thank you. ❤

Last week, your idea of forcing oneself to try on accessories from our wardrobe that have not been worn in awhile is really working. I got rid of earrings that I used to wear for decades when employed. Now, they hurt my ears. I will extend that idea to other areas. Thanks Diane. ❤

I just put the toothpaste tube on a hard floor and stand on it to squeeze the paste up to the nozzle each time ( daily ! – we have a middle of the tube squeezer in this house )

I love the tube squeezers Diane. I have 4 metal ones and use them for toothpaste and also in the kitchen. Had them for years. I also get so much joy seeing your wee squirrel and I melted tonight seeing him all covered in snow x

How fun! My family loves in Berlin. Must eat.. Currywurst, Döner and any bakery. Please take pictures so I can 🤤. Must see Schloss Charlottenburg, Brandenburger Tor, KaDeWe, the wall is okay but there's really not much to it and Berlin has a TON of museums for all interests. If you're bored than it's on purpose. They have boat tours that are very peaceful. Pfaueninsel is an out of the way stop too. My personal favorite is Tiergarten which is right by the Brandenburg gate. It's best to start from the Ubahn station where the Siegessäule is (caution it has a lot of steps if you go up the column to the top but you don't have to) and walk to the Brandenburg gate. Once you're at the gate and pass through there are tons of "touristy" things and more bus lines, taxis and Ubahn station. There are parks almost everywhere but that's my favorite and it's right by the Brandenburg gate. I hope you have a lovely time. A side note, I've never been there at this time of year so if the trees haven't "sprung" yet I'm not sure how pretty the parks will be. Normally we have visited in June and for me it's heaven.

I use a large clothes peg for my tubes …. but that gadget may have other uses…. maybe for bias binding ?? Never heard of the store before so will look it up. My doc has told me I need more protein as my hair has been falling out not a lover of meat or fish so eggs and cheese seem to nbe my protein of choice…… still recovering from covid…

Hi, Diane, I’d never ever guessed both gadgets! Great finds! I need a squeezer …. So far I cut almost every tube to get the rest out of it 😁. After a heavy flu I still feel tired, so I rest today and hope my energy will come back to make good plans. My head seems empty, when hubby some minutes ago said it’s white outside… I answered : haha, April, April!, not noticing, that we aren’t yet in April. And it WAS white! No snow, little ice balls, I don’t remember in English. Empty head🤯. Love, Monika❣
