    Lol i was gonna comment on the chopsticks resting directly into the bowl instead of on top of the bowl…and then I saw the apology disclaimer 😅😅😅 i always get an visceral negative emotion whenever I see that…fellow asians i know u feel me HAHA

    All these dishes look either too american or too chinese.
    Even the ramen
    I guess there’s no comparison to the amount of Chinese x japanese that it’s in new york

    I’m personally not too fond of chinese food or american food..so these don’t look too appetizing to me.
    Missing some japanese and korean inspired food there
    In my opinion best asian fusion food is in South America and Europe.

    Well agnolotti is the pasta shape and is not named after a braised meat. The lobster ramen could have been presented better and the bolo bun as a savory sandwich is nothing new but the bun itself was not the best looking imo. Great video which show how diverse the (Asian) food scene is in NY. Take care
