I thought I am allergic to peanuts. It turned out that I am allergic to the oil they use to roast the peanuts. So now I buy fresh peanuts and air-fry them about 20 minutes. It gives the perfect roasted peanuts. Then I put them a few times through my omega slow-juicer (careful, not all at once, little by little otherwise it explodes) and have the perfect peanut butter. 100% peanuts with nothing else. I neither eat wheat nor rice and this is the only carbs my body seems to tolerate without problems. Best!

I think what I like most is it doesn’t heat up my kitchen like my stove oven! Already hot as blue blazes here in Louisiana!🥵🥵🥵

We do coated chicken thighs, chops, onion rings, fries, warm frozen muffins and there are parchment pans for cake or pastry. We use all the time. Make the crumb from store brand corn flake crumbs, sometimes use left over rice crispy with the corn or potato chip crumb. We use the Insta pot for everything from hard boiled eggs to potato for mashing. Actually you can make all the parts for Potato Salad in it.

    Hi MereBear bear!
Glad to see you all again.
You must slow down and take some time for yourself.
You are going to burn yourself out.
Remember to stop and smell the roses.
    Take care all!

About the air fryer and recipes. I have an autoimmune condition and have to be extremely careful what I eat. I can’t do carbs, gluten, pepper… or many other spices or fruits/vegetables. Pretty much live off of ribeye steaks, chicken, pork, fish, eggs, butter… you get the picture. I use a ninja air fryer for my steaks. I can only use salt for flavoring… but a steak in the air fryer takes 6 to 10 minutes depending on if it is room temperature or still frozen. They come out perfect medium rare. The little Ninja has changed the game for me for how fast it cooks meat.
Loved this video, thanks for sharing.

You name it and I have it when it comes to cooking appliances. I'll have supper cooked from frozen to on the table in no time. I like experimenting with anything that saves me time and money and hardly ever use my large oven anymore.😉🙋‍♂️

Boy I sure understand your frustration over the mule being down. We have one here we've had it three years and we were just talking today there's almost not a day goes by that we are not using it. I don't know how I would have got along on this place without it or how I get along without it so long it fills in the gaps between pickups and tractors and trailers excellently but boy if anything goes wrong with it it's just really tough to do without it I feel your pain!
