To all Mangaloreans who will comment later that this is namma goli bajje, the only difference I see is in Mysore bonda is they add rice flour. As far as I know, goli bajje is made from pure maida only. I think every other ingredient is the same. Probably goli bajje is softer than Mysore bonda.
