I think we are all feeling a bit fearful and scared with everything happening in the world right now. I just want to reiterate that it's okay to have these feelings and we are all here for each other. You need to use dashi stock for ur miso soup otherwise it can taste extremely bland. If you go to Japanese market they sell them in teabags and it's very easy to use

Thyme is such an underrated tea ingredient.
I get my teas in bulk at the zero waste store and do them in a french press to avoid the tea bags and one day I just added thyme out of a mood and it's so relaxing and great for breathing better in sickness I've found.
