I think we are all feeling a bit fearful and scared with everything happening in the world right now. I just want to reiterate that it's okay to have these feelings and we are all here for each other. While this video is not related to COVID-19, I want to make it clear that Nick and I are taking things very seriously and have only been leaving the house for absolute necessities. I encourage all of you to do the same (I know this is not always possible). These are uncertain times but I firmly believe we will overcome this. I am remaining calm and sending love to everyone. Feel free to share things you are doing at home to pass the time in the comments below, to inspire others. โค๏ธ

I'm getting to know you more with the content you post here on YouTube. I love how you combined ASMR and health&fitness content. I wish we were neighbors or friends irl so I'd be able to talk to you about those. keep up the good work! -fan from the Philippines

Watching you cut onions and stuff reminded me that the bane of my food existence is that onions taste absolutely horrendous to me and I have the soap cilantro issue, and as a fellow Californian it really makes life more sad hahaha

You need to use dashi stock for ur miso soup otherwise it can taste extremely bland. If you go to Japanese market they sell them in teabags and it's very easy to use

Thyme is such an underrated tea ingredient.
I get my teas in bulk at the zero waste store and do them in a french press to avoid the tea bags and one day I just added thyme out of a mood and it's so relaxing and great for breathing better in sickness I've found.
Love your breakfast, I'm so hungry for Avocado and red onions now.
And I'm definitely doing the ginger tea! ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿต
