    We prep meat as well, but also a veggie mix . We like to do bowls with cauliflower rice. The veggies and meats are easy additions along with other toppings and sauces.

    Hi Mollie! I’m curious about the hard boiled eggs. I like to have two a day, but I didn’t know if that was too often due to the cholesterol in them. Does this just depend on the person and how their body handles it?

    This was so helpful, I have been in a bit of a rut and needed some fresh motivation. Lunch is my hardest meal to have ideas for so I love the idea of having shredded chicken ready to go along with taco meat each week. Really enjoying your channel, thanks for sharing your knowledge with us!
