Question for anyone. We invited friends over for hamburgers on the grill. I was planning to use 93% gr. Beef. And make a healthy side. My friend insisted on bringing these wagua grass fed beeg burger patties she keeps telling me that they are so good and we should try them. I have mentioned i'm on ww. How do i get out of eating one of these?? They are at walmart by the fresh gr. Beef. I scanned the pkg. 23 gr of fat in one burger. I never ezt anything with this high fat content. So i'm stressing about how to not eat one. Help!!

Also, for everyone who feels like they are lacking motivation, here is some food for thought. Motivation is what gets you started, determination keeps you going.

I have been having low point breakfast and lunches lately and I noticed it has helped me stay within my points. I typically have higher point dinners, as I eat reg food w my family too

Thought maybe you just quit posting. Maybe it would be easier if you just planned once a week. I’ve been so off my diet all winter and eating like crap. I’ve got to start back and doing a better job.

Instapot is great for black beans Approximately 10 minutes if dry and 4 minutes if you soaked the beans overnight. I get 3 or 4 cans out of a one lb. bag of beans (put extra in ziplocks and freeze )

I purchased the Hormel Turkey Chili you had in one of your videos and found it very good. Only able to find version with beans which is okay. Points are reasonable even if I eat entire can for a meal. I did then buy the vegetarian version to give it a try especially for no meat Friday during lent (not a religious requirement, something I do). Sometimes for single person home I would rather just have the canned instead of having to freeze a lot of leftovers. Anyway thanks for the recommendation.
