For the sweet potato chocolate muffins, can we substitute spelt flour for the whole wheat pastry flour? Will the texture be affected? I love your cookbook – one of my 2022 goals is to make at least a recipe a week! Blessings from Los Angeles, CA.

I’ve made the Vegan Burrito Bowl at least 4 times and it is my all time favorite. The walnut meat is delicious and the guacamole is the best I’ve ever had! When is your 2nd cookbook coming out?
