    I know calorie counting is not part of this program, but it seems Shayda's calorie requirement is quite low since she eats mostly vegetables. Veggies for breakfast, salad and more veggies for lunch and steamed veggies for dinner. I know you don't recommend oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, but some of us thrive on it as long as we are adding plenty of veggies in the day.
