I had one in the cabinet for over a year too. I finally got it out and I love it. I have the duo pot with the air fryer lid. I use it for everything Now. The roast is more tender. The corn beef and cabbage is great. There is all kind of recipes on line. Have fun learning. I would suggest getting the air fryer lid.
