Hi Dimitroula! By any chance do you have the recipe for Cypriot Flaounes? These savory "tarts" are made with a blend of three cheeses (haloumi, anari(?), and another cheese (not sure what kind; maybe kefalograviera???) Let me know what you find out please *These are usually made for Pascha*
This is one of my favorites too.We make this all the time, We haven't made it with broccoli, but I used to make it with broccoli rabe. It's so good with corn roti.
I love greens, and being from the south we mix together turnips and mustard; and sometimes cabbages and collards. It just depends on your preference. 😘😊
Luv greens, this looks really yummy 😋
In the uk we call it saag paneer.
I love this. So tasty and filling! Thanks D!

Your receipts are great . You also have a pleasant personality
I was going to say, it resembles Sag, or Palek Paneer, and you confirmed this! Love it!
This recipe is awesome especially now in Toronto Canada its so cold and this lovely paalak recipe is most appreciated🙏
Thank you! What a way to get your vitamins.
Can u use olive oil instead of butter? It looks yummy!
Better when steamed and not over cooked with still its green color. Just saying!!!!
Reminds me of Gorbachev somsing
Why don't you use Paneer instead of Halloumi,is it because it's not available there
Looks yummy
Looks amazing, it would be nice as a creamed soup I think! 😋🥰
Excellent 😋👍🤩
I prefer gloves to prevent hair and skin in the food.

I’m definitely going to try this, one question cooking the green for that long wouldn’t that take out a lot of the nutrients?
Yum, I know I would love this!
great video as always!! special request: please fix that picture on the microwave!! it's been slightly crooked for forever!!
