Beans, beans, good for your heart, the more you eat, the more you… pfbt. lol.
I grew up on all kinds of beans being raised in the Carolina's. Butter beans, Giant Lima's, were and still are my favorite. Cooked them with bacon and or fatback. Love the speckle butter beans too, they're a little earthy comparatively speaking to the Great/Giant Lima's. Grandma would put tomatoes in them every once in a while. Cool video.

I was raised on split and fried hotdogs with fried potatoes. When you make your homemade butter, would it be considered salted or unsalted?? Thank you and thanks as always for your daily videos. I always look forward to them.

I prefer northern beans over pintos. I cooked some New Years day. Used my ham bone from Christmas. They were so delicious. I don't soak mine either..love having mine cook on the stove all day and smell them.. momma would split the red Winnie too and fry them. We would eat them for breakfast or Sunday evening after church on an egg sandwich. I'm sure she did bc they couldn't afford to buy breakfast meat often as I reflect back. But they sire qwre good! Also fried spam. But still not crazy about spam lol..also dried meat to make gravy

    Hey, Fallon and Good Morning!
🦚Before you buy a baby Peacock egg You Should Know that they Can be aggressive. I would advise You to do your research on Peacocks before getting one to raise. Even thou you raise it from an egg they still have the aggressive instinct. You might be surprised…🦚

My favorite childhood meal momma cooked would have to be spaghetti. For her sauce she would mix manwich with the box spaghetti kit sauce from chef Boyardee. They don’t make that kit anymore so we can’t eat it. But my husband makes homemade sauce that is delicious. But it would be good to have Mommas spaghetti again. Precious memories!!
