This looks great. But here's my question for the day. Where the heck did you get that flattish wok? Traditional woks don't work well on flat topped stoves. Not enough surface contact for high enough heat. Just use a good cast iron skillet. But the wok you are were using is perfect. I have never seen one like it and would definitely get one if I knew where to get it. Anyway great video as always. Keep up the great work. ๐ ๐๐

Everything you make is amazing. I love this recipe, it's one I used to make myself when I was allowed to eat carbs. Now, I switch out the noodles for shredded or chopped cabbage.
