    Hi just stumbled across you, but you’ve seen a dietician right? Your doctors know you’re only eating for one hour a day? You’re kids are eating their meals and are hitting calorie goals that children their age not as maximums but minimums right? I’m all for intermittent fasting, but the line between that and Ana is thin. Ik from experience and seeing this can be harmful to many people. I hope everything is fine and above board, but do know that food is energy, calories aren’t the enemy, and your body can be any shape and be healthy. Just like it can be thin and dying it can be thick and thriving.

    Is so much processed food good to be having? Every time I open a video it’s Jimmy John’s, Panda Express, etc. Dr Fung and others say to stay away from processed foods as they add to inflammation of the body. You’re young but now is a good time to be caring for your health.
