    I accidentally deleted the part of the video where I grated fresh Parmigiano Reggiano over the meatballs and i could've kicked myself my friends…I used plenty of it, I only got to show it on the meatballs for a split second. So sorry, I just wanted you to know.❤️🤷‍♀️

    For those that have bad Acid Reflux cooked tomatoes are some of the worse foods you can eat?!
    The acid that increases in tomatoes when heat hits them causes the Acid Reflux to really build up and burn your Esaphagus really bad!!!
    The BEST ingredient to pull a lot of acid out of cooked tomatoes( in this case tomato sauce) is a court of raw carrots.
    Cook them with the sauce
    When the sauce is done the carrots will b soft.
    If you bite into the cooked carrots you will find they are sour!!
    This is the acid that has been drawn out of the tomatoes sauce and into the carrots!!
    Your sauce will have almost no acid in it!!

    Italians like myself don't generally add green bell peppers but wth I'm gonna try it! I can bet that gives it a whole other level of flavor. Also if it's ok to say…I always use regular table salt in my meatballs. For some reason it's way better than, let's say Himalayan salt. Not that you used that salt but it's just something I've learned, and also I add good old regular Kraft parmesan cheese you get in the spaghetti and sauce isle. Lol! Again not sure why but it makes the meatballs taste sooo goooood!
