How much water do you mix yours in? I got the strawberry lemonade and it tastes so salty in just a 16oz bottle of water. I couldn't even drink it all. I was really hoping this product would end my night time leg and foot cramps .
Being a 56 year old man I know exactly how you feel about making frequent little trips in the night! 3 hours is the longest I can sleep at one time! I don't know if the electrolyte thing would work for me but it's a thought! I used to have a 56-oz. cup for ice water from QT at work but I don't work where I used to any more so it's gathering dust in my box of stuff from there! Most of the time when I'm out I'll just grab a 20-oz. Diet Pepsi, for better or worse! I envy my best friend's younger daughter who stopped drinking soda like 4 years ago or so! I just couldn't do that! Too addicted! Oh, well! My absolute very very best to all of you including Po, Freddie, and of course your mom! Take care, all!

The onion-chile crunch is the best. I've been using it for a year or so and we love it. Has Talia tried the pickle piotatomchips from trader Joe's?? Or their pickle popcorn? I've heard their pickle mustard is is great but I haven't found it.

A couple summers ago Fry's/Kroeger in our area had the 16 oz ello ceramic coffee cups with silicone bottoms and lids on closeout for $1.99. I went to different stores and got 8 of them 🤑 We broke a couple being careless so glad we have a good supply. We use them for our morning coffee. I saw them in your video but didn't see the price. Original price for ours was $14.99.

My husband wanted the Blue Raspberry Ultima Refresher in the individual packets but I said NO way- it costs 5 times what the larger container costs! (for same amount of servings) But it is still $$$ to me- $42. (for supposedly 90 servings) He is on this health plan that wanted him to have electrolytes due to his muscle cramping. My question to you is- how many servings do you have per day? (16 oz water amount) If it helps with good sleep & not having to make middle-of-the-night potty trips, I'll join in! lol TFS!
Thanks for all the coupon codes.. I'm already online with Redman real salt! Can't wait. One thing we've enjoyed is magic spoon cereal, I'm not sure if you've tried it or not? No sugar low carb, high protein cereal in all the crazy kids cereal flavors that you don't want to eat bc it's basically garbage. I will tell you it's not cheap but, I feel no guilt when I eat it sooo there's that! 😂 It is very high in milk protein so if you're dairy intolerant it may not be suitable for you, but we've found for an occasional bowl of cereal(which is all we eat) it's great! P.S. you did a great Vlogust!👏💖

I have used Liquid IV, but every time I use a packet I retain so much water and jump up a couple of pounds, even when I really up the water intake. But I love the taste.
