Hi Kristi! Long time no see! I mean me..lol I watch through my roku device at night a lot. It doesn't allow me to comment. I have so many gadgets they are stored all over the place even on the floor along the wall put of the way in my kitchen, in closets, on top of my freezer and fridge. I've not much counter space since I live in a small apartment so the only appliance on it is the microwave. This place is as old as I am. I will be 60 at the end of the year lol. The cabinets are too low to really fit shorter appliances assuming I had room. I got a food saver for Christmas. I am sure I will be freezing Easter ham as it's just myself and 2 of 3 of my children. I have the dash waffle maker the griddle and the Bundy cake. I've used that once. Those are in a drawer. I have so many appliances my younger brother is running out of things to buy me for Christmas and Birthdays..actually I have run out of space. I just thought of one I have that you might like and it's pretty cheap. It's on the same idea as the Way more expensive vita mix. It's the instant pot cooking blender. I've made soups in it, WW's nice cream, smoothies the most. My brother bought that. I had never heard of it but it's worth the 50 bucks…well it was less for him as he gets an employee discount in Wal-Mart.

I love gadgets especially for the kitchen. I have 3 sizes of glass containers and use them all the time, they are expensive so I bought them one or two at a time till I had as many as I wanted. I wish I knew about meal prepping when the kids were at home!

What a wonderful video!!!! I was jotting things down as I was watching and now, I've got my Christmas/birthday wish list done! My husband came into the room as you were talking about your glass containers…he says, "More containers? You don't need any more containers." I said, "but honey, these are GLASS!" He just laughed at me. I handed him my list and said, "Look, you can finish your shopping in April." Hahahaha! Thanks so much for sharing. Have a wonderful Easter, my friend! 💖

I loved this kitchen gadget video! Kevin not so much. 😉 He mumbled something about me having enough gadgets already, but I wasn’t paying attention. I was busy on Amazon. 😂😂

OMGosh!! Girl after my own heart when it comes to kitchen gadgets! I have moved on from "disposable" plastics (stuff I send home with friends and don't care if I get the container back) to Systema containers and glass containers. I have had so many containers that have been ruined by the microwaves that I decided to go with glass. I threw out all of the junky stained and yucky plastic along with my husband that ruined them, LOL!! Why can't some men follow instructions?! Moving on, I'm on my third vacuum sealer. The first one, I bought at Sam's on Ridge Road West in Greece – that was 30+ years ago! It was a Deni Vacuum sealer and I LOVED it! I brought it with me when I moved to Tuson and I was devastated when it finally died. Ironically, when I bought rolls of bags for it, they were made in and sent from Buffalo. My second vacuum sealer was a Food Saver. I've had it for probably 15 years. It worked well during it's prime, but it's about ready to croak. I was watching QVC recently and they had a Cook's Essential vacuum sealer on sale for about $20. I think it was on clearance. It does everything my Food Saver does and doesn't take up nearly as much room. I still like my Deni sealer the best, but I don't know if they even make them anymore. I haven't ever used the Food Saver containers and lids consistently. Quite frankly, I thought they were a pain in the butt to use. The vacuum hose was clumsy to work with and honestly, I can't even tell you where the container and lids that went with it are. I haven't used the Cook's Essential accessories yet. I mainly use my sealer for big packs of meat and sometimes vegetables that are in the firm side. I love your videos! Thank you for keeping it real! Happy Easter to you and your family. P.S. I love your nail polish.

I bought the Foodsaver brand food sealer at Sam’s Club. I love it! It holds the roll to cut and seal the bags as you need them so it’s always handy. Mine also has the accessory vacuum line attached for sealing special bags and jars.
