Chef Jana, those great veggie balls would be great with pasta. Make a fresh tomato sauce with delicious fresh red tomatoes and add fresh basil once the sauce is ready. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and the veggie balls!

I have zucchini and carrots. I need bread and vegan butter which I've never used or purchased. This is on my list to make in the next day or two. I generally do not use any type of oil. But I might make an exception. Looks yummy.

Those look absolutely delicious 😋 I can’t wait making this recipe. Sitting here and writing my missing ingredients down for my grocery list. That will be another staple recipe. I already have so many recipes I love of yours. Hugs and love 💕

I really like that you explain why you put ingredients (baking soda, lemon), cause if it doesn't make sense to me, I generally leave them out – yep, I am nuts! Did I hear Christmas again! just thought of injecting them with vegan cheese (like a stuffed donut) or after frying, simmering them in tomato sauce, ohh mind is going crazy on this one!!! on my tomorrow's project list, definitely!
