I understand where you're coming from. I was a vegetarian for 5 years but I started having some health issues and I didn't know why, so I started watching videos of others that had problems and switched to carnivore. I was hesitant at first but I am 1 week in and going for it. I promised myself I would stick to it for 30 days. So far I feel good. A lot of people say that the 1st month is the hardest, so I wish you success. I wish I had more positivity to give but I'm new at this also.

Love your openness. You can do this. Sounds like your leg pain is cramps. Try adding electrolytes. I started 8 months ago. 6 months strict carnivore but have had a few slip ups in the past couple of months. Keep going. We can do this!

This lifestyle is definitely No joke.I don’t like the word diet. There is definitely things in our foods that are keeping us addicted to food & gaining weight.I had a few withdrawals from bad foods also.I really haven’t been on this lifestyle run long enough yet just a few days.I seen one video where someone was using a bit of local honey to kick them sugary cravings in the butt.I’m excited to be on this journey.I have to do things a bit different on this,I had Gastric Bypass 18 years a go keep weight off till about the last 5 years.Nothing I was doing was getting the weight back off.I’m going to catch up on the rest of your videos..Stay strong your doing fantastic.
    Have a Blessed Week.
