    I have never been to Taco Bell as it just doesn't exist where I live and for the longest time I was absolutely uninterested it having it around – I was pretty much convinced I don't like Mexican cuisine ;P Interestingly, I discovered I was wrong only after going vegan and making some bomb tvp based chilli (which my non-vegan fams absolutely loves). Now, I feel ready to try these even more fun dishes and I must say, this copycat sounds great! I will have to look around for some taco shells!

    Looks yummy! I’m trying to stay off processed stuff. Maybe I can make this with lettuce as the shells and like a cashew and red pepper sauce and lentils as the meat
