Looks great! If I were to make a suggestion, add a lot of sugar and chopped onions! The characteristic of the black bean noodle is its sweetness! It's supposed to be quite sweet, yet savory! But great video nonetheless!
When I add potatoes, the sauce becomes super starchy… how do you cook the potatoes so 5hey don't break down like that?
