    I made this the other night and it was a big hit with the family! I finished the pork chops in a roasting pan in the oven because I made 6 chops and didn't have a pan big enough to finish them on the stove. The mushroom gravy was fantastic and I think I'm going to make it for Thanksgiving.

    Sarah, we enjoy our pork chops cooked this way. I prefer bone in, but the rest of the family likes them boneless. CJ keep letting your beard grow. Either way it looks good. Some guys would kill just to be able to grow a beard like yours.

    That looks so yummy! I will try it soon. We do have some pork chops in the freezer. Today I am making meatloaf for my husband who is skinny and can eat anything he wants and won’t even try anything that he considers “diet“. But I bet he would love these. He loves chaffles. He doesn’t know that they are low carb. Lol. I love your channel and I love your recipes.
