I think risotto is too much trouble for what it’s worth. This pressure cooker thing takes down the time and effort so that’s handy. But those things tent to explode so not for me 🤭

This looks so good! I love mushrooms, I told my first husband that mushrooms are a fungus so he wouldn't eat any, LOL. Sometimes the truth hurts, LOL. I wonder if he eats them now? He was always so fun to pick on.
