Steak-umm Quesadilla – Why didnt I think of that. I keep Steak-umm's the the freezer for late night Cheese Steak Sandwichs.
OMG that steak-umm quesadilla idea is gold. I am definitely doing that. Add some sauteed onions, a little garlic and some taco sauce too. No way that isn't good

Bacon pancakes – put the batter in first, add the bacon to the pancake. Then the pancake batter doesn't chase the bacon to the edge like that. Some people like to add a little finely grated cheddar along with the bacon. YMMV

That last one! I grew up with Steak-Umms, my local joint here has the brand Philly Gourmet, and there's always a box in the freezer! Great to have, especially if you have a griddle!
