Irn Bru after a sesh Dan. Only and best cure. Barr's Irn Bru, Made in Scotland from Girders. Ask anyone 🙂 Love Shrewsbury, thought that building looked like a prison entrance somehow. Take care both, mind and use the sun screen. edit add on, (I forgot to say, courgettes (zucchini to our overseas viewers), are a diuretic, same as marrow and cucumber, they're really good for your kidneys) xx

Easy to up-plate your van, we did it. But before doing so, check your license allows you to drive 3500kg. And get your van weighed first, I think you probably do need up-plating because of the stuff you carry but you may not. If you don't need it don't bother. Save the money to get your fridge fixed.

Little tip my dad always used to swear by when you’ve had a “Sesh”….. AlkaSeltza, had a couple before going to bed, took two up with him and a small glass of water and have that as soon as you wake up… always helps, I would say try it but I know you have probably said you’ll never drink again, just in case tho 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
    Do love your “Travels” xx

Dan, I’m always amazed at how much you can eat!! I don’t know where it goes as you don’t appear overweight! Mazzy, you know the proper things to eat & you can make just about anything with so little space to cook. Dan I hope you know how lucky you are to be with Mazzy…you need to put a ring on her! Best wishes from Debbie in Kansas City.

Wow that was a heck of a burger! I'd have filled that with those sausages and fried onions, perfect. It wouldn't do me any good if that logbook thing works, I'm too young for that! I can only drive up to 3.5T unless I do the other driving test to get the old folk category C thingy added to the licence. Great if it works though, must admit I've not heard that one before.

We paid SV Tech £305 to uprate our 3500 to 4000 KG. Made a big difference to us. I know it can be done cheaper but they made it very easy.
