I usually use regular ketchup in m meatloaf but last night I used the Whataburger spicy ketchup and it was really good. I’ve been leary of using it because I wasn’t sure how spicy it is but it’s good. You can get it at Walmart.

Meatloaf is a family favorite in our house. I do equal parts ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar for the top. I make extra for eating as well.

I love the flower tarts. So adorable. Yes I need one of those shower scrubbers in my life lol. I might be 4' 11 if that and have to climb up into the tub to clean the shower. Fall hazard for sure and I definitely don't need that right now. Yal plz be in prayer for me. My ulcerative colitis is flaring up..been passing some blood and I certainly don't want to go into the hospital when I know in my heart God is able to fix it. Drs have had over ten years and still haven't been able to fix it but Jesus can. I anyone who will pray.. tyfs God bless you

Your mama’s meatloaf is almost identical to my mamas. She didn’t do the pickles but she added mustard. Otherwise the same.I always miss her when I make it.

Falon, I use my stand mixer to mix my meatloaf. My would freeze too so I tried my mixer and its changed everything for me.
Girlie, you should have a cape! I don’t know how you do all you do! Keep a beautiful home, cook amazing food, teach school, edit and post videos for us every night, etc…You’re truly amazing. Those little fruit tarts are so pretty! Bet they are tasty. I find your mom’s meatloaf recipe so interesting because I’ve never heard of putting chopped pickles in a meatloaf. The sausage and eggs is no doubt delicious but I’ve always made them with more eggs than sausage. Rest well.
