It’s awesome you are feeling good!! Your body knows best❤We love those pancake packs!
We stopped cloth diapers with baby 5 😅but I still have half a stash hanging around. Thanks for the grocery inspo!! I ate a spinach salad tonight with nuts and seeds- I said I can’t do straight carnivore anymore. I need all the yummy plants. I have to be dairy and soy free- hashimotos too.

Hi from New Zealand 🇳🇿 , we have a medicinal elixir here called Floradix and one for kids/ picky eaters for any reason called incremin. I took Incremin as a child as my mum wanted us to have the nutrients but we were not picky eaters. I dont eat alot of meat at all myself, just little bits here and there, not vegetarian, or flexitarian just because that's how I eat. I don't eat breakfast but eat breakfast grains as a night snack. I'm fed, I'm content, I'm strong, fit, healthy so it must be right for me. I garden, homestead etc but I don't need heavy breakfast or lunch because I don't need to keep warm and going in snowy conditions. Coffee is my breakfast. I ate more while pregnant obviously…but we ALL need to listen to our bodies instead of our eyes and noses…I can eat and then can pre-cook bacon and feel hungry again…but I don't eat it until my next salad…

You are right Tammy everybody's body is different and needs different things. I am currently soy free, gluten free, and dairy free and i can't eat anything out of a can due to a nickle allergy, no chocolate, oats, beans, nuts also because of the nickle allergy so i get meat, vegetables and fruit.

Hi Tammy! Thanks for your updates! I buy organic where I can. I was doing well with that until this crazy inflation.
I like to buy Dole Fruit cans ~ however I have to order online & can't access the info on where it is produced. When I was still able to go to the store: I noticed alot of it was produced in 'China'.
Makes me crazy that these big companies do this so they make more money. Where is the one you purchased from??
The kiddos were sure enjoying a hearty breakfast 🙂

I love seeing your kids and hearing your opinions about different foods. I'm 60 and have had some bad luck. I fell outside and had compression fracture. I the hospital for 2 months. Came home for a few weeks and was rushed back to the hospital with sepsis. Sorry I didn't mean to tell you my life story but I really appreciate your videos.

I’d double check on that lactose thing— there might be lactose free options but in general I don’t think any of those are always lactose free. Goat can be easier to digest but it still has lactose I think
