I loved the way you have mastered this recipe, with perfectly wat's allowed to be eaten and Wat's not! I have tried Ur other recipes which are great as well. Keep up the brilliant job, Good luck!

I am allergic to peanuts and peanut oil, too.  What nut would you suggest I substitute, along with ghee in place of the oil? Thank you for such a wonderful series of recipes and demonstrations!

This may sound silly but, I wanted to know if you could do a video in buying and using a pressure cooker. I don't have one and I'm thinking of getting one. It looks easy but I've always been scared to use one. Someone told me they can explode! Hope you can help. P.S. Love your videos.

This does look decadent! Have to try it. I am so happy I found your videos a few years ago. I have been making my own curries, parathas and rotis and many other wonderful dishes because of them. I now have two spice cabinets too, one for American food and the other that I call my "Show Me The Curry Cabinet!"—it's much larger than the first. Thanks so much!
