Mongolian beef in the Instant Pot is simple and delicious.
If you are doing low carb, just change the brown sugar to a sugar substitute that you use.
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds flank steak, cut into 1/4″ strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
3 green onions, sliced into 1-inch pieces
Don’t talk with the food processor on. Can’t hear you.
Have you tried tapioca flour to thicken? It’s grain-free and gluten free. Great sub for cornstarch. Looks great. Thanks for the recipe.
The valve goes down when it is NOT pressurized. You said it the other way around.
your ingredient measurements in description is different then in your video.
12 min is too long. 3 min is all you need.
Sadly, the brown sugar is no longer low carb. I'll still make the recipe but skip the sugar.
