    Edit to say: I just learned you have a cookbook (thanks other commenters!). That’s going to be a definite need once we get settled. We’re about to move, so dinners are weird refrigerator mashups. It will be nice to get back to actual cooking once we get in the groove in TX.

    Love spareribs and black bean sauce..I only can find it at in China town NYC – no take out restaurant makes it. I did take a class and now make it myself – i would love to see your recipe- i bought your cookbook last month- I definitely would prefer your family recipes. I enjoy your show .

    I've watched this a few times to remind myself to do it. Instead of your sauce I was time constrained and had a jug (Costco) of Mr Yoshidas. The substitution was a hit. I'll try your sauce next time!

    Made the ribs last night, loved them!! Thank you for taking out all of the guess work of timing in the Instant Pot. Like Dude my husband likes it when there is a little give of meat on the bone. Will you be putting Cold Ginger Chicken as one of the family Favs into your new cookbook?

    I am sitting right now eating your mom's recipe ribs. Oh my goodness, are they ever good. I am going to make them this way from now on. I made the sauce a bit different, I used brown sugar instead of white and added a touch of sesame oil and Sriracha for a bit of heat. I look forward to your next video.
