When I mixed the coconut cream in the pumpkin purĆ©e with all the other ingredients ; I noticed the cream didnāt desolve to forme a homogĆØne mixe . I could see the fat of the cream. . I should have had my pumpkin purĆ©e at room temp . I donāt know why it did not mixe well . Itās baking now .

Hi Dani! I made these for Christmas and they were so delicious! The texture is exactly like a regular pumpkin pie and the maple syrup gives it just the right amount of sweetness! Iām not the biggest fan of pumpkin pie but I canāt stop eating these. Thanks for the recipe! Saving this one forever!
How do you get these out of paper liners with the crust breaking apart ? Do you put them in the fridge before trying to remove them?

Love this recipe. However, the amount of syrup in the crust was too much. Perhaps because I used fresh pumpkin pulp. Will use less next time and make a full pie. I wasn't enjoying pumpkin pie anymore, but this changes everything. Love it!
