if vnilaa essence not available , then what we do mam,
I made this just now!! Soo deliciouss and beautiful. I dont have baking powder at home so replaced it with 1/2tsp baking soda and 1/4tsp vinegar. It turns out soo good. Thank you for the recipe!

They're great!!! Just a small suggestion … beat the egg whites separately in solid snow and lightly mix them into the whipped mass of other ingredients. They will be much airier, softer and as thick as real American pancakes.
So because you put oil in the mix, you don’t have to grease pan?
