Hi Bri. I just found your channel and subscribed. The first video I saw was when the two of you were showing your favorite foods and that got me interested because ….a little background on me…. I rejoined WW 12 years ago lost 115 lb and have kept it off and at goal for 11 years now. I love the program and always feel you can learn something new everyday. I'm a recent widow relocated to a different state to our dream retirement home and blessed to have the support of the program and my WW family which I still see on Zoom meetings. They were my lifeline during the most difficult time in my whole life. Just wanted to tell you to stay positive keep moving forward and continue to love yourself…. you are amazing and awesome and I'm looking forward to your videos and your Channel. Sending hugs and blessings…..Linda 🤗💕👍

When my nose piercing was giving me issues, I would put a little bit of tea tree oil on it every night. It helps the bump dry up and falls off/disappears. Try that! 🙂

So glad you enjoyed the chowder! And your guest had 2 servings? Someone having seconds is always a good sign! :^D Also, I am seriously considering getting an Instant Pot, but I'll need to sneak it past Paul or get rid of something else. LOL

I had a nose ring that got infected. I went back to the place I got the piercing and they gave me some salt that I mixed with water and put on it several times a day. Took me a while to figure out that the rings that have the little balls on the end were causing the problem. The hole would close up around the post and when you tried to change the ring the ball would not fit so you were basically ripping it through. I learned you could cut the little balls off but they will raise up and you will have to push back in. Rather that than to be in pain. Hope this helps.
