My dear, minestrone does not mean big soup at all. The word minestra means soup, and minestrone is a vegetable soup, not a big soup. Hope this clears up the confusion.

Bhavna, it looks totally delicious, I plan to make it! we used to have olive garden in canada and now it's only in the states, I miss there delicious salads and wonderful bread, did they have a minestrone soup as well?
@SuperVeggieDelight Perhaps there is a problem with the video editing software that you are using, it may be cutting the ends off your clips during encoding. To solve the sound issue there is usually an option to change the Left-Right balance so that it will be in the middle, or duplicating the audio into 2 tracks, one for left, one for right. I must confess I have only a basic knowledge of video editing software, however.
Hi Bhavna, I enjoy your cooking videos and even though I have not tried your recipes yet they do look good and I do plan on trying at least a few in the future but I have a few issues. I don't wish to sound rude and please feel free to delete this message but your editing style unusual, you keep cutting off your own sentences which doesn't help. But also with this video it has sound in only one channel which is unpleasant when listening with headphones. Anyway thank you for the great videos.
