    Very nicely shown recipe. Thank you.

    Perhaps the title is not correct. Poha is flattened rice (called avalakki in kannada) and we get millet poha also. This is what we in south call chitranna or lemon rice. We make this using white rice or poha and we can use a millet like little millet barnyard, fox millet, barley dalia or even quinoa. Same process and all come out very tasty.

    Looks delicious and I will try this at home. I wonder if adding some raisins (and/or dried fruit such as cranberries or chopped dried apricots or dates or dried apple rings) might add to the taste – for me, sweet and chilli go very well together. Also, I wonder if normal rice or quinoia or buckwheat would work.
