Not even a year ago I could get sandwich items ( bread ,meat cheese) for around or less than $10,I went yesterday and it was almost $19!!! I've noticed on the groceries I normally buy that they are pretty much double the price in the last year! Absolutely shocking!! We can no longer get anything but the bare essentials!!! Which I'm thankful but between gas and groceries, there is no room to do anything fun or extra!
The prices where you live for cheaper than where i live. I live in NJ. Expensive state to live in and i live by the shore so prices get super inflated. Also notice that your store is well stocked and our store get trashed and shelves are empty because of the the tourist.

You do have great prices on produce especially compared to my area. We have a Walmart & a local grocery store, so absolutely NO competition! I grew up going to Albertson’s & I miss them!
When my son was little I let him pick out odd looking fruits, it was fun! Have u tried star fruit? It’s common & not that odd, I love it! I shopped Jewel 3 days ago & couldn’t believe the high prices. It’s like that everywhere, but, Jewel is insane with their prices. We mostly shop at Meijer & Aldi. Aldi’s prices have tripled on some of there items. Scary times we live in! Stock up my friend ❤️
