I've seen people use the bottom end of a pineapple to hold the skewer in place
Al pastor and tacos in general are not Mexican…..it's Lebanese
Traditional, maybe not, but the achiote makes it authentic!
Le doy un 3
What happened to the shwarma cooker?
It’s just tacos.. not street tacos
I made this as a surprise for the family….was a mega hit thanks josh!
I’m hoping you didn’t leave the pineapple core
Pineaple on Tacos? Man you are following the wrong Mexican trends. Pls stop
Not bad overall, still not as good as real authentic Mexican "Al Pastor" I'll give it an 7 out of ten and and extra point for the effort. If he had made the tortilla from scratch I may even have given an extra half point. 8 out of 10 not bad. I love your recipes Joshua, specially the burger series and some specialties not found here such as the Pastrami
Gringos and their pineapples smh
You missed to prensent the "Gringa" variation, pastor with melted Oaxaca cheese and flour tortilla!
Why am I always in the closet
What brand of ramekin is he using for the prep ingredients? Oval black logo?
He Slapped The Slice of Buttt!!
this looks good, however, you should use apple cider vinegar instead of white wine vinegar. also not really traditional, its topped with sliced radishes, lime juice, white onion, cilantro, and salsa rojo or salsa verde but it still looks good
One of my most favorite foods…. darn and it's too late to go make this THANK YOU!!!!!
