Growing up in New Mexico I loved going to festivals! Vendors served a variety of Mexican foods and deserts. My all time favorite was to walk around holding onto an ear of street corn by the husk and enjoying the Mexican seasonings on it! Love the mess it makes too,,,,,all part of it!

Hey brother, sorry I've been away for a while. I've had a lot going on. Trying to get lake property ready to build a small house and all this craziness that's been going on. Glad I had this few minutes to watch. Mexican street corn looks so delicious. Now I know how to step up my variety of ways to cook corn. Will definitely be trying this. Until next time stay safe.

I love Elote and make it all the time. My daughter's boyfriend is Mexican but he doesn't like hot sauce so I put lime juice on his and he really likes it that way. Great video brother.
