A long time ago, I worked for a company called Monfort food distribution, and delivered a lot of tripe to a lot of restaurants all over northern Colorado. There was this one restaurant owner who would always pull out all of the tripe from each and every box to inspect all of it… He took forever doing that and I was always late for the remainder of my deliveries…. Ah, the memories. heh heh.
