Looks so good. My mom thought me to make it with pasillas instead of bell peppers, fresh roma tomato’s and Knor consomé instead. I know what I’m making for dinner tonight. Thanks for the inspiration.
Just made this one and it's so great, and healthy too! Only about 300 cals a serving. Although I subbed half the beef for turkey 🙂 I always do this in my dishes to make them a little bit healthier.
Ok justb remember in mexico we dont use bellpeppers , we use poblano pepper ..i dobt like adding pepper chunks in my picadillo butbsome doo soo its ok..but really no bellpeppers.
Hi Laura, love your videos! Today I tried making this, but still had a lot of excess fluids while I think I followed the cooking instructions correctly? Any idea what I may have done wrong, or what I can do to prevent this from happening next time?
It's a cross between hash and goulash.
Can someone please tell me if I can find this actual recipe somewhere? I need measurements 🤦🏻♀️😋

Ja eso es bolognesa en un pan redondo jajaj no un taco
Everything about this is perfect 💕
Next time in your beef stock use better than bouillon brand. It changes the whole game on your meals🤩🤩🤩. And recommend a pressure cooker.
Cut the carrots smaller gurl so they cook faster
The way you eat it it's like a real mexican would eat it.!!!! 🖤
Mmm! Looks great!
May I use pork?

Lol love your channel. The recipe made my mouth water as well!
I also eat it with rice on the side but yes tacos 🌮 are perfect too like for lunch 👍🏽
Exactly how we do it but we dice tomatoes and throw them in at the end so it gives it that juicy flavor
You definitely ate it like a true Mexican that's how my mom makes it except we put Serrano instead of the jalapeño whole, and remove it too.

You can put carrots first with some water, then the potatoes, so both will be soft at the end! Greeting from México 🇲🇽
