I definitely love this recipe. I’m disabled with multiple sclerosis so it helps to have a wick meal and a tasty meal. I normally get some done and take a break . This recipe is totally worth the work.

I’m gonna throw in a little pacante instead of the tomatoes cause we’re gonna eat it in a burritos. I love my beef in a little beef broth and taco seasoning so good! Gonna throw Orange and red peppers too…
