    The impurities are just the boiled part of the marrow. They need to be removed but aren't actually dirty, they just don't have good flavor once you've boiled them, not bad, just not flavorful. The foam isn't flavorful. Using the marrow gives flavor and adds nutrients, it just needs to be removed at a certain place in the cooking

    58:00. My wife and I LOVE chili rellano but to stuff the peppers with meat and cheese is another level. I’ve stuffed them with onions baby shrimp and cilantro. Thank you for the inspiration!

    I just wanna let you know that I made the birria yesterday and the chili oil and I was knocked off of my feet !!!!!! this is the best birria recipe I've ever had !!! it was so easy to follow and your chili oil is absolutely unfreaking believable, like a hug on my taste buds!!!! happy happy Mother's Day mama's thank you for such great recipes!!!

    I love love love your recipes. Unfortunately I only have myself to cook for so when I make something I eat it for days & still have enough to freeze. The good thing about Mexican dishes is that you can create different varieties with just a few different ingredients. Please do though give me some more ideas for single meals. And how to keep things fresh for the longest time. I like to chop everything & keep separate bowls in the frig so I can just throw 1 or 2 tacos together.

    All that beef unfortunately costs around $35.00 way out of my budget to make broth. Thank you BIDEN for the rising costs of all our groceries and high INFLATION rates!!!
