Oh hell yeah! That is perfect! I always mix in cream corn and usually jalapeno slices on top, I gotta up my cornbread game. Funny thing 3 hours ago I was getting my tires changed at Walmart and grabbed 6 boxes of jiffy and 6 cans of cream corn. And, I told my ol lady to get that Oster oven for the house last year during taxes so nanny would stop using the oven in the summer but she said we didn't need it, lol.
