I LOVE YOU!!! I have learned so much from you while being entertained. My family has enjoyed my food that I have created from your channel. PLEASE HELP WITH MORE STOVE TOP TEMPERATURE SETTINGS while you are cooking. You are great with starting temps. I've nailed that. I've ruined a few meals from to high of setting after struggling with too low of a setting for too long. I would love more instructions on the stove top temps. I get totally understand stove types and settings are all different. Your bloop, bloop, bloop are a great guideline for simmering. I would love more of that kind of guidance for all that's in between. YOU'RE THE BEST!!!

Chef, you have ruined me! 😂 Every time I watch another chef zest a lime wrong or not put onions first, I scream out all your memorable lines. Lol. I love cooking and you have made it so much funner. Our whole family tries to copy your accent. So fun. Happy New Year to you in 2024!

Dear Chef JP, your channel has learned me a lot about cooking. You are not preparing a dish with only ingredients : you put your soul into it too. And that makes the difference. I prepared some of your dishes (sometimes added my own personal touch) and finally i think that with the help of people like you "everybody can cook"… to become a "real chef" it takes more experience and time but on daily basis : you show that cooking can be fun and should not be too difficult.

I work as a chemist in a lab and we have to follow recipies and formulations in the same way as a cook/chef… but we are not allowed to eat/taste the final result… however, when cooking at home, following you instructions : i can ! and i enjoy it.

Merry Christmas to Chef JP and his crew. And many more retirements to come… why stop at 3 ?

Retired here and now cook for students at a College. I've learned something new every time I watch one of your videos and then share that with the folks I cook for. You are part of our lives and are a joy to watch. We hope you have a great New Year and that you continue with your fantastic service. 🙂
