The difference in the vinegars is their level of acidity. White vinegar has about 95% water to 5 % acid. Cleaning vinegar has up to 6 % acid making it about 20% stronger. So make sure the cleaning vinegar isnt in the same cabinet as your regular kind, the labels sure look alike.

My vinegar is 5% acetic acid. My cleaning vinegar is 10%

You are looking good. I hope your healing is going well. I think that the cleaning vinegar is lower in acid or something. When you use vinegar in your canning it has to be a certain percentage acidic. Enjoy your day.
