I may be in the minority but I vote NO on the sleeve tattoo. I know it has become extremely popular to have tattoos, and that's part of the reason for my vote, but I think your arms would actually look better with no tattoos. I'm no wizard. It's just my opinion.

I at Christmas, I want to eat healthy, have options, I try to do that with family. This year what would you suggest for women for an exercise to start getting back in shape. Me just for health. I know food wise, just exercising. I do Stairs.

I'm a fan of the weights and the transformations. Your transparency is touching, my guy.

If anyone here wants to get into something physical, and the weights are getting monotonous, I can't recommend climbing enough. The gym is great, but nature can take it to another level. Definitely helps me with peace of mind from time to time and it reminds me there's a lot more to the world than the mirror. Also, makes the world my jungle gym which doesn't suck. Either way though, rest up, feel better, and I appreciate you promoting a healthier / leaner way to be.

I actually like real talks like this. It’s great that you are a happy and energetic guy in your videos, but being open that you have had your own trials and tribulations makes you seem more real. Massive respect

Totally relate to the "gym addiction" taking over my past addictions as well brother…a MUCH BETTER addiction to have! As for the tat, while I LOVE the sleeve idea, I don't think it's for you. Only my opinion dude…just being honest. You could get one though and prove me completely wrong! 😉

I haven't gone to the gym in Months I don't have a home gym but I do have a crossrope and I get an amazing workout from it. I workout, read books and play video games and that help me destress from Med school

No sleeve, do you want that on your arm at 35, or 50? Just like you said about a breakup it hurts then time passes. You may be in the moment now, looking for a tattoo, but when time passes you will be happy you didn't do it. You can't go back once the sleeve goes on. IMHO

There is nothing to stop you from eating out of Rem’s cookbook and adding fruit & veggies on the side. I add a salad or some frozen veggies with low calorie sauce on the side or throw some fruit in my anabolic French toast. You are adding less than 100 calories a meal.

Bro haha, I played halo nonstop when I was younger. Wanted to go pro in MLG, watched pros on twitch when it was “JustinTv” all of that. I decided not to get halo infinite, as I know how it would side track me in my life. I feel u on that part 🙏

RJ: I'm a man of routine, structure, habits…

Also RJ: I feel stuck in a rut, every day is the same thing…

Lol, no hate, just noticing the juxtaposition. Have to balance that need for structure with a bit of randomness.
That's the beauty of relationship, the other person shouldn't be just like you, they bring both balance and variety.

If you find yourself still sick after a couple of weeks, try a Meier's Cocktail. It's a vitamin C infusion. So instead of ingesting vitamins, they put it in an IV and hydrate you. I've done that a couple of times though I've got Crohn's disease and am missing my colon. Helps out when most of your fluids are digested by your colon. Keep doing the meal prep videos! I love them and that was how I found your channel!
