I thought you weren't supposed to fill these past 2/3 full. Looks good though, I'll have to that recipe. Just got mine a couple weeks ago.

Next time use organic chicken broth instead of water and coat the beef cubes in flour. More flavor and thick gravy. Definitely Carrots too and maybe peas. I'd use real spices and fresh garlic. Maybe a pinch of cayenne to add dimension.
